Legal Office Assistant
We are looking for a presentable, out- going individual who will think outside the box and be hands-on administratively in the company.
Grade 12 or higher qualification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar office assistant role.
Must be fully computer literate.
Experience in working in a law firm will be to your advantage.
Must have excellent administration, planing and organisational skills.
The candidate would be responsible for ensuring that our team works as effectively and efficiently as possible by supporting the firm in various administrative aspects.
Arrange meetings, including video, Skype and conference calls, and manage all boardroom bookings, venue and catering arrangements.
Front desk telephone duties and taking messages.
General office administration (filing and diary management).
On-boarding of clients.
Client care services.
