She began her legal career in 2015 at one of Western Cape’s leading Conveyancing firms, quickly establishing herself as a Senior Associate and head of property transfers. Specialising in property law, Monique has expertly navigated complex transfers, sectional titles registrations, commercial transactions, property disputes, and all associated contractual, administrative, and requirements.

Her keen interest in the Laws of Succession allows her to provide specialist legal advice on deceased estates and their administration.
