Janke Geldenhuys is a Director at O’Reilly Law, working across the firm’s property and conveyancing practice, client relationships and business development.
Her legal practice is focused primarily on property and conveyancing matters, where she works closely with clients, estate agents, developers and other property professionals. She assists with property-related legal matters and helps guide transactions from instruction through to transfer, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and practical solutions.
Janke also plays an important role in developing and maintaining the firm’s relationships with its clients and professional partners. She leads much of O’Reilly Law’s engagement with the property industry, including estate agent training, legal education and relationship management, helping agents navigate the legal and practical issues that arise in property transactions.
Her combination of legal experience, commercial awareness and relationship-building makes her role broader than traditional legal practice. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys and conveyancers to identify issues early, facilitate transactions and ensure that clients and referral partners receive a responsive and highly personal service.
Janke is particularly passionate about the intersection between law, property and people, and about building long-term professional relationships that create value well beyond a single transaction.
“Property is ultimately about people. Good legal service means understanding the transaction, anticipating the challenges and building relationships that last well beyond transfer.”
