Jack O’Reilly is an accomplished South African attorney with over 15 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, and litigation matters. He advises both businesses and individuals – helping companies grow and protect their ventures, while guiding people through some of life’s most complex legal challenges.
As a venture capital and private equity lawyer, Jack has represented numerous startups, investors, and growing businesses in mergers, acquisitions, and funding rounds. His commercial expertise spans the full spectrum of corporate law – from drafting and negotiating term sheets and shareholder agreements to advising on governance, restructuring, and strategic growth.
Drawing from his background in commercial litigation, Jack is also frequently called upon to act in High Court matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, interdicts, and urgent applications.
