Evan Gungan is a Litigation Associate at O’Reilly Law, where he forms part of the firm’s growing dispute resolution and litigation practice.
Evan assists clients across a range of commercial and civil disputes, working closely with the firm’s litigation team on matters from the early stages of dispute strategy and pre-litigation engagement through to formal court and arbitration proceedings.
His work includes legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and court papers, managing discovery and evidence, preparing matters for hearing and trial, and working with counsel and clients throughout the litigation process.
Evan brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to disputes, with a focus on understanding the commercial context behind each matter and helping clients navigate litigation efficiently and strategically.
At O’Reilly Law, Evan works across the firm’s growing litigation portfolio, including commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and corporate disputes, urgent applications and general civil litigation.
