Albert de Lange joined O’Reilly Law in 2023 and serves as a Director of the firm, leading its Conveyancing and Property Law Department. As an admitted attorney and conveyancer, Albert oversees property transfers, sectional title establishments, and property development registrations, ensuring that transactions are managed with precision, efficiency, and commercial insight.
Beyond property law, Albert advises clients on a broad range of commercial and private client matters, including trust registrations and administration, deceased estate administration, trademark registrations, commercial agreements, and business structuring. His multidisciplinary experience allows him to provide practical, commercially considered legal solutions to businesses, property developers, families, and private clients.
Albert began his legal career in 2018 at a respected law firm in Paarl, where he developed a strong foundation in civil and commercial litigation, contract drafting, and complex negotiations. This experience continues to inform his pragmatic approach to legal advisory work, combining technical expertise with an understanding of his clients’ broader commercial and personal objectives.

Outside the office, Albert enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting his family farm in the Northern Cape, and exploring the golf courses and wine estates of the Western Cape.
